    New to juicing. Since last week I'm having this juice for breakfast:
    1 smith apple

    1 cucumber

    1 lemon

    2 handful of spinach

    some mint leaves

    ginger


    Yields one glass of green juice; tastes pretty good. I also eat one banana and drink some coffee.

    How is it as far as nutrients/vitamins intake? Should I add something else? My goal is to keep things simple and have the habit of drinking it everyday. Thank you!
