Use as a baby monitor

Hi,

I would like to know if this can be used as a baby monitor.
I needed the receptor (tablet, smartphone - apple or not) of the FOSCAM camera to have the sound and screen off and just turn on when louder sound or larger movement of the baby occurs, in order to alert us (parents). [This feature may be known as VOX]
