  • Books on Cryptocoryne

Hi I was hoping that some one in this group could point me in the right direction. I have two books on Crypts that I would like to purchase but after spending a full day looking on Google I got nowhere. the first book is Cryptocoryne of Peninsular Malaysia and the second is Cryptocorynen by Niel Jacobson.
I have only just started growing a Crypts emmersed ( Thanks Graeme ) and will have a few more very soon I hope just got to order them.
I am having a great time reading the threads so far and hopefully can extract more info from them as I go.
Thanks in advance to any one who can help with locating the books
    Cheers
    Les

Read this very helpful thread on BSS .
No pictures on your BSS advert? Then be prepared for it to be deleted ( read the rules )

Thank you Grubs, that was greatly appreciated. I did try the BukuMalasia site and created an account but I could not figure out how to pay with PayPal. They sent me an E-Mail this morning. so I have ordered it. I will take a look at the other book if it is in my price range I will definitely get it. I will have to improve on my googling I think.

          Hi Graeme,
If I could borrow one or two of them that would be fantastic. I sent you a list of what I was ordering on FB PM, let me know what you think and I will follow through with the order. Just going to convert the four tanks at the end of the fishroom into Emersed this week so I will have heeps of room to work with. Not sure where the fish will go but there are a few spare tanks still down the side of the house on rakes, I think you saw them last time you were here.
          Cheers
          Les

I agree Kasselmann is the best reading.
There is also a lot of useful info here https://crypts.home.xs4all.nl/Cryptocoryne/
but I think the most reliable cultural insights, at least online, would come from google searches such as "Aquatic Aroids"......or " Culture of amphibious Aroids". rather than aquarium hobby searches.
