    Default My entry...

    Hey all!

Here's some photos of our lounge room, leading out onto a deck and a sunroom.
The 4ft crypt tank has been setup not long ago and is slowly (finally) coming along and the 2ft frog vivarium, which has been setup about 2 months ago can be seen in the second picture.

    Thanks for looking..
    Cheers.

Congratulations Wolfgang! Your tanks complement the theme of the room nicely. Plantnut is also a very fitting name for you....haha

Congratulations Plantnut! I particularly liked the fact that the aqaurium and vivarium were a part of the room, and complemented the theme - with the froggy pics and the indoor plants - I believe the word I used was synergistic

    Enjoy your prize!
    Cheers,

    Rufus

    Default A big Thank you!!

    Hey everybody!

Thanks, for all the compliments and comments, guys!
I would also like to thank the organizers and sponsors - Aqualife and Aquaria for making this possible at all.

I have to admitt that, this was the first competition of any kind i've entered and also the first time in my life, that i've won anything... So i'm very grateful!

It took me about 100 photos until i finally figured out, how to get decent lighting/exposure of the tanks AND the outside. LOL! It paid off, in the end!

    Thanks again guys...
    (this made my day!)

    Cheers.
    Wolfgang.

    Love it! Love your work!

Our lounge is currently getting a bit of a redecorate around the tanks too.

We are bringing in a watery theme.

Copper art fish on the wall. And near the tanks photos of some of our trips, the Apostles etc

We bought a huge conch shell over easter, and that is on the coffee table and it lights up within with the afternoon sun.

Still a work in progress..but at least the room will work around a theme soon at last.
