    You can also try Fluval Edge Pre-Filter sponge - I am pretty sure it will fit. As an extra benefit you will get extra space for beneficial bacterias, and shrimp to gaze on.

    I use a similar sponge in my fluval edge and it clogs every 4 weeks or so requiring a clean.

    I had to pull a guard apart and cable tie it to my intake. I am starting to see TB shrimplets and an a bit concerned about sucking them into my filter. LOLz.

    Shrimp are in! I got 7 pandas, which have blue bolt, king Kong shadow panda genes.
