    Are the borneo suckers getting stuck into any algae in there?

    Nice work on the scape.

    I would suggest getting rid of the mystery snails. There is a reason why they are not kept in planted tanks... Get some nerite snails if you really want some snails but note that they can sometimes leave white eggs on the hardscape.

    Do all nerite snails interbreed? would be nice to get a few plant friendly types and not have them turn into a pest.
    Ignore me, Just remembered Nerite snails need brackish to breed... woops

    Overseas they have some awesome looking nerites but not in Australia.

    Yeh they are pretty good at algae duty. Even cleans the shells of the Snails.

    I tried to get some Nerites off Gumtree but they were like $80+ shipped for just two of them...

    Ide love a Red Racer Nerite

    I have a Tiger Nerite (Vittina semiconica) which can be bought from the link below, altho he is out of stock at the moment. The colouring is great in a planted tank and they really stand out, next best thing to a Red Racer.
