Not sure - inbox wasn't full but I deleted some messages anyway. Try again?

Happy to wait until after Xmas. No biggie for me. Found a few more snails so think I'm going to bomb the tank with cupermine or no planaria before I get fish

Found out cupramine will likely damage plants. No planaria was like $70 a packet

I've had yoyos in the past to deal with pest snails but they are too rowdy for a planted tank, even as a temporary measure.

OMG, didn't realise no planaria was that expensive!!! I am glad I already have a packet. It's super effective for planaria but not sure on snails though. I've used ISTA snail remover but you have treat in a bucket.

Less than half price from here:

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Genchem-...-/252222256849

I've bought from them before with no issue.

Edit: I just bought a pack from https://www.pro-shrimp.co.uk/ directly and cost me $26.60AUD delivered with tracking.

just looking at inbox can be deceptive. You also have to look at sent messages and delete them constantly.

I can't comment on snails as I've never used it before and actually bought it for planaria. My main tank did have snails but the water is so soft they died out. This new 2 foot setup copped a heap of planaria from a piece of spiderwood I recently introduced I suspect.

Will report back how useful it is when it arrives.

no planaria wont kill snails, may knock out a few but in my experience, has never wiped out all the snails.
