Nice! This should be rather epic given the size!

Fingers crossed I can make it how I want it to look in my head.
This time around, ill ensure that the amount of aquasoil im using is contained and gives me the freedom to scape it easily enough once its set up so I can continuously improve as needed.

scored some nice driftwood to start the collection for the scape too, hoping to pick up a few more similar pieces to complete the look im going for

    - Need to do a run to DDM to get more Seiryu and maybe some driftwood depending on style and if I like it
Hahaha it's a bit different from what you're using, but feel free to have a look. I sent you a PM about some free plants too if you want them, let me know

    New tank got delivered!
    So stoked!

Got to finish prepping and painting the doors then get them hooked back up

    Planning:

    1. Finish getting driftwood and rocks this weekend and commence scape prep.
    2. One week to scape, plant and fill, will bring one of the two cannister filters and heaters over along with wavemaker and lights
    - will scape in such a way that I can amend it as needed without disturbing aquasoil
    - going to use super fine black filter material to create a relatively thin wall between aquasoil and rocks to assist in aquasoil spill prevention lol.
    - need to see if inlet outlet pipes fit over euro brace, if not need a solution asap.
    3. once scape is done and tank is running at the end of that week, transfer other filter, second heater etc over
    4. kick back with a large glass of Canadian club and dry.
    5. Work out a plan for filling the tank when water changes occur.
    6. wonder why my numbered step plan didn't work and why now 3-4 weeks behind my 1 week schedule.

    Haha, love your plan.

I have the same tank dimensions. Good tank size. I don't have your stand though. Envious.

Looking good. The room looks very romantic with the NBN buzzing in the background.

The filter inlet etc may just fit from the look of it....

See whether a Lazylife Flow Controller suits you.

hahaha it sure is, ill be putting a nice plant in that corner to cover the NBN box and another between tank and entertainment unit.
its an 80mm brace, so im thinking it wont haha. but worst case, ill just build some inlets/outlets out of pvc pipe same size as hose.
Thinking about frosting the back of this tank also to hide the light stands so this would be a good idea to cover the pvc piping also.

Also, your Lazylife Flow Controller.... I have one for water changes i made one similar but i need to make another to fit over the brace lol.

More pics of scape playing incoming
