I’m still pacing up and down my place looking at the monumental task ahead today. Had six cups of tea already procrastinating.

LMAO! Tell you what I've been checking out arm chairs but they are super expensive!

I instead opted for a Cade River 1200 which will probably be bought in 2020. Much more fun.

I'm not certain that Armchair types could appreciate the amount of quicksand, bleach and thought involved in your beautiful horizontal arrangement. You have just created a modular/natural layout which can be rearranged, turned into a meandering stream of waterfalls and, I dare say....This could end up as the very coveted Bog of Eternal Stench......so piss-elegant.

I hear that someone has aquired all the plants required....

AR where do you source those twiggy bits? Are they aquarium safe or only for land lubbers?

Quicksand, meandering trickles of atomised dew, drips drops and plops. Proud to host my very first spider in this Bauhaus contemporary arts and crafts creation. Indeed architecture was not taught here but simplified lines became structure for that matter bright and beautiful..... great and small.

    Rebel, I wish I knew!
I have a few ruptured disks on my Kidney meridian. Unfortunately, this can cause allergic reactions such as hatred and laziness. All of this has created a virtual Black Hole in my living room and anything I think or dream about just appears.
I think they are quite toxic to fish but don't tell Nils because he is loving them and he forgot to ask.Boy....can that Bloke talk or what? I hardly got a word in.

    Thanks AR.

@Slin1977, What's the plan with filtering this baby? Misting? Trickle filter with a DIY?

I can see some panchax clowns in that tank....they won't be able to jump out.

Would have never guessed that one! I will hunt some palms down...... Somehow I think this will be a rather tropical endeavour.

After inventing the misting irrigation system, droplets were channeled into beaches of inter margin zones causing carefully placed structures to collapse and fulfil the prophecy of the bog of eternal stench.
In the spirit of recycling such success the Pond will receive much new love as papyrus meadows take hold around lonely mangrove Swamp skeleton. From the bog rises a new beast....
