Going to do just that... from now on just tap water.
Might do a pH / gH / kH test tonight and then tomorrow.
In a few days time I’ll throw in a bag of coral rubble as a buffer.
Can’t wait to juice up the CO2 soon!

After draining the tank completely of RODI and refilling with tap water the results are in after 3 hours since refill.
    Nitrate 25 ppm
    Phos 0.09 ppm
    KH 2.5 dKH
No real surprises there as I have tested 30ppm Nitrate straight from the tap in the past.

Just like that, perfect water for plant growth. See how easy fresh water tanks are?

Removed the actinic and put ATI purple and ATI aqua blue special on the other channel for times when less light is required.

But I can see the tank is in danger of crowding so you can always rely on me to help out.

Looking really good. You speak good Dutch my friend!

This tank won't be simple for trimming and maintenance though. Thanks goodness that you like to keep ya sleeves wet.

There are a couple of clashes with the planting.
Going Dutch is the end goal, the rules of Dutch are tough to adhere to. There is currently a hint of Dutch flavour in the scape, eventually I’ll need to half the plants species to get closer to Dutch style.

Easy life water change (cheers @Rebel) and left side trim, got to give them space as the algea is quick to take over where there is no flow.

    Really enjoyed that!
Silly fighters found each other, made nest, laid eggs.
Gees !!! Only had them 3 days !!!! Not impressed !
This is great! Balanced out the left and let the right flow.
