Under the Livefish "product description" it says: Splendida Rainbow fish from the Pioneer river system North Queensland.

I have not heard of this location before, and can find no pictures in any of the native fish databases. Now I'm curious too.

    From ANGFA Facebook page

Hi all. Here are some clips from Boulder Creek north-west of Mackay. I think it flows into Omega Creek and then Murray Creek. It is the next catchment north from the Pioneer River. The place was loaded with M. splendida splendida. They looked much like those from Stony Creek near Byfield, but perhaps had a touch more red in the fins.
