Same here. I am a little worried in winter but nothing bad occurs.... I killed my otos though but that could be something else.

    Update.
after so many weeks the Echino veronikae only gave me 2x pups and still on the motherplant attached with about 10cm now.
the Apono Ulvaceus i have is not self fertile and in order to gain seeds from it i crossed it with a crispus green.
i also tried crossing Ulva with crispus red but neither gave me seeds this time.. will try this again soon..
i had to trim the Ulva back alot its becoming a monster its growing soooo fast with about 3ft leafs and multiple 4ft flowers
was blocking all the light on the right side. Every new leaf is bigger than the one before..

    I entered my first comp
please if you like support me im tank NR.5 in the LCA Aquascaping comp =)
(dont want to post any links here as not sure about forum rules) but you can vote for me and other tanks you like at the LCA FB group Thanks..

HI murazaki, mate cant see some of the pics, all i get is a what looks like a slot, do i need to put a gold coin in the slot to see the pics.
Nice looking tank, maybe you should scape a cube for next years show, show the fish boys what this side of the hobby is capable of.

That's better mate, Tis good, plants look healthy little bit of hair algae or what ever it is but other than that a good looking tank. I didn't put a tank in this year jut didn't have the time. Next year for sure, I'm gonna have to whether I want to or not as i'm running the planted section. Hoping to get a few planted guys interested and make it something worthwhile.

The Echino pic is few weeks old when i had massive algae issue due to changing from Dupla to dry ferts PMDD+P/EI daily at the same time all my DAS slowly jumped out, Amazing shrimps just too bad they are so jumpy.. also got more SAE and Otos, now things are looking better but still adjusting on fert/co2.
I would say i have a Mid light set up but i still had to dose about 2x the recommanded daily Macro to get any Po4 or No3 reading before water change but Micro is still fine and high in FE with a simple 1x recommanded daily dose.

Since you running the planted section let me know when you have next years rules =) Maybe im for that IF i have the time..

Really keen to see a FTS....

Wonder why the DAS jumped all of a sudden. Sudden increase in ferts? Surely the increase in food (algae) should have enticed them to hang around?

FTS ... its only a Juwel stand nothing special or you mean with open doors?

The DAS Always overnight, random days and all on the same left side...all on the left back where the outflow of the strongest canister is, i guess the flow maybe scared them or they trying to get upstream.. just weird all on the same spot on the floor.. but the tank has kind of a night light the Dupla hand controller screen is always on creating a weak light maybe that light confused them no idea.. now thinking about it its the same spot where the air stone is maybe they had too much fun riding bubbles poor things..
