Lightbulb Aquarium Art by Takashi Amano

    http://www.hemmy.net/2007/08/06/aqua...takashi-amano/

Takashi Amano is a designer, photographer and Aquarist(a person who maintains or owns an aquarium). He has opened a company called Aqua Design Amano where he introduced Japanese gardening concepts (similar to bonzai) into the aquascaping hobby. A form of art that changes your normal aquarium into an art of nature. 13 more pics after the jump.

lol....point? well I saw his designs and thought I post the pictures up and as I said most of you guys have already seen it...wasnt it a planted tank photo forum?

just thought I post up the pics. they might have been in ery old posts but a bit of refreshment and ideas as I am planning to make mine similar...

there are always new members like myself and we dont go through all pages of dozens of threads and posts to find pictures...so new members who hasnt seen this like myself can actually see this now and a bit of explanation on who this person is...

    nothing wrong with that though....

Babak, I totally love his tanks too! Thanks for sharing.

As Feldar mentioned, all if not most of us plant loving freaks know of Amano and his ADA brand. I'm sure you soon will be more than aware of him as well

I don't have a favourite either! They're all so nice!

Oh yea! Have you seen the ADA competitions? You will be amazed at how good some people are... dare I say some are just as good or better than some of the Amano ones

My life long goal would probably be to go to his Galleries, does anyone know where they are?

Does he also design the marine tanks?

thanks guppyshrink, yes I visited his website as well but before that I had no clue what ADA is...

so this way its a refreshment for you guys to have a look at his setups and designs again also for all new people as well as myself...

I was so fascinated by his ideas and designs, although I knew that most of you guys already knew him and seen his work but thought I post up his gallery pics...

    amazing isnt it?

sometimes, no matter if you have seen those pictures before, it does not click in your mind but reviewing it again brings up new ideas and thoughts...so yeah something nice like that even if posted again is worth it...

there is also this other person which again you guys have seen his work before....so i wont post pictures but only a link to his gallery...

    here it is...
